At Tops and Bottoms, we want you to be fully satisfied with your clothing and sneaker purchases; if you are not, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and footwear is returned in its original, undamaged brand box.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring sneakers are inside their brand box and all apparel tags are intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
